How Are Lungs Affected By The Intake Of Exemestane For Treating Breast Cancer?

I am a breast cancer survivor and am currently taking exemestane. What affect does this drug have on the lungs. I am experiencing the tiredness, also having problem when I walk a distance loosing my breath. Can you please give me some information?

Hello,

Exemestane is not known for any special effects on the lungs. It gives tiredness and fatigue, hair loss anxiety, depression etc. You should get used to it because you can't stop it since it is used to prevent breast cancer.
