How Are Pustules Under The Foreskin Treated ?

I am 28 yr old male. When I was at 16-17 I have noticed some white things are around under my foreskin . I was afraid but could not say that anybody. I did not wash them. But now that white thing become fixed around under my foreskin and i can not reach there to remove it. what is my problem. I am very much worried about them. Please help me.

Hi Ela,

Welcome to HCM.
The white things that you see under the foreskin is called smegma, which is the debris that collects under the foreskin. It needs to be regularly washed out while bathing, otherwise later on it creates problems. The white things that you now see fixed, are small pustules. Make it a habit to regularly wash the area with soap and water by retracting the foreskin fully backwards and these pustules will gradually disappear.
