hello Doctor! I am diagnosed to have mitral valve prolapse grade 2, but I also hv Vitamin B12 deficiency, so hw shall I differentiate between the two based on my symptoms? the symptoms are giddiness on change of posture, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breadth

Well come to HCM
If you have a mitral valve prolapse then the symptoms of the mitral valve disease is detected in ECHO study and here this does not need to differentiate with vitamin B12 deficiency hope this information helps.
