How Bad Is The Blood Pressure Reading 146/79?
Hello, I am a 68 year old male, 6'1, 240, and just had a bad argument with my 17 year old daughter. Just took my blood pressure and it was 146/79. I think normal would be 130/70. I just took a MICARDIS, 80MG as recommended by my Doctor. How bad is 146/79?

Just need follow up
The range for the upper figure (Systolic) is 90 to 140 mm Hg.
The range for the lower figure (Diastolic) is 60 to 90 mm Hg.
Check it again.
