How Can a Painful Bruise On The Lower Back Be Treated?
I hit my lower back right side at work several times in the same spot. I have a bruise that s deep purple and about the size of a quarter.. Whether I sit stand or try to move I get pain all across my lower back on the right side. The pain is about a 7-8 out of 10. What could this possibly be. Thankyou

Hello,
A history of trauma to lower back and development of painful bruise are inter-related.
The pain bruise developed due to internal haemorrhage. I suggest you take the analgesic/pain killer for the pain.
The swelling and bruising will resolve after few days.
