How Can bladder Cancer be Treated?

I was diagnosed with bladder cancer in March-non invasive low grade Ta. Doctor ordered ct of abdomen and pelvic. Results are back and all looks good but report says uterus is absent but I still have it. Can this be overlook by radiologist or I am concerned the report is not mine. Also says emphysematous of base of lungs but I run walk 3 miles a day!

Hello,

You can review the report with another radiologist. Emphysematous changes can be seen even in athletes! However, absence of uterus is very rare unless you have done a hysterectomy in the past.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
