General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to constipation as he does not have loose motion or fever. Kindly rule out constipation after pediatrician consultation. Kindly do stool routine and culture sensitivity test after consultation. Give a lot of fluids. Give a soft diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam Kale,
