How Can body Pain Along With Abdominal Cramps Be Treated?
Hi, ive been taking Duphaston10mg and Fertisure - T and decdan for the last 2 weeks. Ive missed my menstruation time for 5 days and for the past few days ive been having body pain, lower abdominal cramps, head ache. Please can you suggest why im having all these pains all of a sudden? Tested with the pregnancy kit and the results were negative. Please help

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated. An ultrasound scan is required for further assessment.
