How Can constipation along With Abdominal Pain Be Treated?

I am having moderate lower abdominal pain (center) for 4 days+. It started after being constipated and needed to push too hard. I felt something strange in center lower abdominal area. It is very uncomfortable and is affecting my ADLs. Should I go to doctor?

Hello,

Your symptoms can be related to constipation.

I would recommend taking over the counter laxative such as Miralax.

I also recommend using prescribed probiotics.

I suggest you drink liquids and eat a fiber-rich diet.
