General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to constipation, piles, inflammatory bowel disease/proctitis.
I would suggest to consult gastroenterologist and undergo rectal examination, stool examination, fecal calprotectin, sigmoidoscopy if needed.
Meanwhile you can use procto-glyvenol two times per day.
Take a laxative like CREMAFFIN 15 ml at bed time to make your stool soft
Take warm water sitz bath
Take dietray fiber like senna or isabgol
Other treatment should be taken after examination
Drink plenty of water and do regular exercise
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
