How Can fatigue Along With Dizziness Be Treated?

I am having fatigue, dizziness, nausea and chest feels heavy. I am a diabetic and have had several neck and back surgeries. Sometimes I actually kind of black out when I stand. Have a dr appointment on Wednesday but am wondering if you might have an idea as to a reason for these symptoms?

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

We have to rule out possible causes like anemia.
