How Can head Tremors Along With Dizziness And Nausea Be Treated?

Hi i was recently diagnosied with post concussion about 10 days ago and o have been having this tremor where my head shakes and some times my hand shakes as well. The other day i was standing in line at the bank and i found my self rocking a little. I still have headaches and dizziness with nausea. I have had two ct scans and they both came back negative could these tremors be due to the post concussion diagnoses?

Hello,

If symptoms persist, bettet to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intra cranial (inside the brain) causes.
