How Can headache Along With Ear Infection Be Treated?

My body been feeling wierd for 3 to 4 weeks now today I had a headache and after awhile o started feeling faint shaky and sick a couple weeks before I ended up in the er for a ear infection migraines and fluid on my left side and allergies all in one and y blood pressure was up my headache was feeling the way it was when o went to the er what s wrong with me

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. Consult an ent specialist and get evaluated.
