How Can lower Abdominal Pain In A Child Be Treated?

my 10 year old daughter is suffering from stomach ache for the past 2.5 days now. It is around belly area and is going down towards lower abdomen. She is passing loose stool and is complaining of lower back pain since last night. What could be the problem?

Hi, I have gone through your query.I think your daughter is having Amoebic Colitis (an infection of the intestines).You can try the following: 1--Plenty of fluids,boiled food.2-- An Antispasmodic Drotaverine 40mg 3 times a day before meals x 3 days.3--A Tab Ofloxacin 100mg-Ornidazole 250mg twice a day x 5 days.A Prebiotic tab once a day x 10 days.
