How Can nausea And Vomiting Along With Abdominal Pain Be Treated?

i have a 15 yr old daughter who has constant nausea and vomiting,,,along with adominal pain....took her in august 2016 was told she had duel collective systms from both kidneys to her bladder... along with a cyst on her left ovarie...cyst was removed and so was most of her left kidney...been back from hospital sense September 2016...and to date have had her back to emergency with the same symptoms,, nausea and pain...another ultrasound was done and another cyst was found...and her next ultrasound is not till april 27th to see if cyst is gone ..had her in to emergency last Wednesday and now she has a infection in her right kidney... almost a year dealing with this, fighting with docs with answers let alone do other testing to see what is the route of her illness is....
