How Can severe Cold And Cough In A Child Be Treated?
Sir My son is 2&1/2 yrs old suffering from cough and cold from one month.By Dr advice I give him cough syrup KOCIR Junior and Azithtomucin dp but not feel good.some time coughing continue 2 to 3 min in the day and also at night. He coughing dry and hi is very Lean and thin.

Azithromicin is a very good antibiotic to treat respiratory tract infections.
I agree with your doctor about this treatment. I would recommend a mucolytic syrup such as Bisolvone syrup. I also recommend to give your child a lot of liquids and use a humidifier at home.
