Since last evening I have had a really bad time pooping. Not like I normally due, I have hemeroids. But t it took me about 2 hours on the pot to poop. It was like 1/2 way out and it would not come out. Finally a huge piece came out. Since then I have had diarrhea and bad cramps and I can t walk 2 feet without having to turn around and go to bathroom. I ve slept like an hour here and there. I m very upset.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks fir the query. I understand your concern.
* The diarrhea of the severity you have needs good hydration (plenty of boiled water .. mixed with1/4th spion of sugar & apinch of salt in one glass)Or admission in ER to get iv fluids, along with antibiotics as per doctor's advise &rest.
-After diarrhea is controlled, routine microscopic test of stools to know any bowel infection &infestation followed by specific treatment would be first step to manage constipation.along with...
- Drinking at least 12 glasses of water in a day
- eating fibers (veges,salads,fruits with skin )
-daily 45 minutes exercise (walk & yoga ,abdominal exercises)
This would help in preventing constipation.
Thsnks.
