How Can severe Cough Along With Sinus Infection Be Treated?

I have been to the ER twice, with a bad cough, sinus infection and flu like systems. This last trip he gave me 250 mg of antibiotics and I ve taken all of them. I feel fine in the mornings, but in the evenings I am running a fever and coughing so bad it makes me vomit. I ve had this now for about 1 1/2 months now and I just can t shake it. What should I do?

Hi, I think you should go for evaluation first. Do a chest xray and blood investigation for fever. You can have some chest infections and higher antibiotics may be needed. Do steam inhalation 3 times per day. Also do warm saline gargle atleast 3 times per day. Hope it helps.
