How Can severe Dizziness And Fatigue Along With Nausea Be Treated?
Hello, I m 34 years old. Since yesterday I ve suddenly experienced hot flashes, dizziness, nausea coming and going, exhaustion, fatigue... I ve had to sit down when standing and was out of breath fast. Everything else seems normal and a healthy eater and fit person. Thank you.

It looks like either the early symptoms of anxiety or in case you had an influenza viral before some days, it can be post viral syndrome too.
You need to avoid too much stress and keep yourself busy with work as much as possible. You can also consult a psychological expert in that matter too.
