How Can severe Dizziness And Nausea Along With Spotting Be Treated?

Ive had mirena iud in for a year and 4 months now with no problems. I stopped getting a períod 4 months ago and recently started getting cramps a long with light pink spotting and also light pink clots. I have felt dizzy, nauseaus, and dont have an apetite. I got these symptoms when i was pregnant with my first son, could I be pregnant?

Hi, I think you should do a urine pregnancy test at home to rule out pregnancy first. Pregnancy can occur rarely with mirena also. If negative, it can be due to some infections. Get yourself examined by a gynecologist. You may need some antibiotics and antifungal drugs. A Vaginal pessary of antibiotics and antifungal drugs may be needed.
