How Can severe Fatigue Along With Memory Loss Be Treated?

I cannot figure out what to do. I have no medical insurance so trying to figure this out. I have had muscle cramping on and off in my legs and arms. I have brittle nails, swollen bleeding gums, memory loss, restless leg, fatigue, intermittent pains that come and go in a flash. I have had IBS D for over 30 years and have been taking 3 doses of Cholestyramine for about 27 yrs. Dont know if it could be something from the medicine or something else. Problem is if I stop the Cholestyramine I cannot function as my IBS is that bad. Also sometimes just feel like Im sick but only last like a day.

Hello,
You really need to see a doctor but in the mean time here are some things to do. Take a multivitamin daily. Take extra vitamin C, D and B12.
Maximum daily doses, Vitamin C 2000 mg, vitamin D 1000 IU, B12 100 mcg.
Regards
