How Can severe Lower Body Pain Be Treated?

I m 37 yr old female. Haven t felt myself since I had my baby Aug 2015. Lower body aches all the time. Has become worse over time. Sometimes wake up at night to massage my legs. My hair is thinning. I get more headaches. My feet hurt when I first stand after sitting even a short time. I take a lot of Advil. I m tired. My nails have become soft with white spots. I just attributed all this to having my first baby and my body going through hormonal changes. But it s been over a year now. My primary has run labs and we found I m vitamin d deficient and anemic. I have an appt with a gastroenterologist and rheumatologist soon. Am I on the right track for help?

Hello,

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
