How Can severe Lupus Be Treated?

I have tested positive for Lupus and have seen a Rheumatologist for this, she has run as many blood tests as possibe, but has not found any positive results. She has referred me to a neurologist, to get an mri. I recently had (with in the last year) an MRI that showed I had a lot of white matter in my brain. I am on no medication except pain meds, because my body aches sometimes. OTC only. I fell in april of 2016 and broke both bones in my arm, which went into my wrist and hand. I had a closed reduction at the emergerny room and 5 days later had an open reduction with plate and screws. I am off balance all the time, using a walker to walk with since my accident. I am 72 years old, 130 pounds and up until 2013, had no or little balanceing problem.
