How Can severe Migraine Along With Neck Pain Be Treated?

For six months on and off i keep getting severe migraines and almost sinutitis pains in my eyebrows, cheeks, temple to temple forehead, above nose, and upper head, as well as muscle spasms in upper sides of back from left to right snd neck pain, im awaiting neurology tests, mris snd physical therspy, also having trouble breathing, have tried netti pot, flonase, afrin, a variety of antibiotics and have had rare and severe reactions to, what would you suggest for the pain in the meantime while i wait for the appointments also going tobtry accupuncture, i also have fibromyalgia
