How Can severe Nausea Along With Headache Be Treated?

I am constantly nauseated, have a headache most of the time. I am so off balance that I am unable to walk. I use a wheelchair. I feel seasick all the time. My memory is going and my cognitive skills are slipping. I am also having difficulty speaking. I can no longer smell and have taste only in the front of my palate. I have been told I am having silent strokes but I am afraid of something worse. YYYY@YYYY

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

There is a definite issue with the central nervous system involvement of definite motor and sensory area particularly that of Wernicke's area.

However, if the MRI plates are being provided here, I can focus more precisely to guide further.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
