How Can severe Nosebleeds After An Injury Be Treated?

My son 13 months old. He fell down from stairs and his nose was bleeding but with 2-3 mins it stopped bleeding. He was normal after that. He is playing. But after few minutes little blood is coming from his nose and when we wipe, it s finished. I m really very scared and worried. After 1hour he went to sleep. I don t know what to do. Should I take him to the doctor? Please help me

it's better you take him to ent specialist. it's important to examine his nasal cavity and have to do nasal packing if needed. if bleeding is severe get him immediately.
