How Can severe Numbness In The Upper Arm Be Treated?

I have been experiencing numbness in the back right upper arm from half way between my elbow and my shoulder. At first,there was some pain and discomfort now the area is totally numb. I have scoliosis and I have had a spinal fusion. Should I be worried?

affected at the cervical spine level
@ Rather than worried , I suggest to get MRI of the cervical spine , get the
perfect diagnosis & management in that direction to get cured from this
agony condition .
