How Can severe Pain And Sores In The Mouth Be Treated?

I had a tooth in the upper ,top all the way back part of my mouth mostly break off. There are still little pieces of the tooth there. It has a bad odor and is swollen. It s extremely painful and i have sores all over the inside of my mouth. I have been throwing up, have a headache, im dizzy, weak and in a tremendous amount of pain. My ear on that side is even hurting. I also started having tenderness and pain in my right upper rib cage. My eyes are very sunken in my skin is pale and i feel frail and weak. I have swelling in side my mouth where the tooth broke and also on the outside of my mouth on my face. Is there anything i can do over night until i get into dentist

Hi..
Thanks for the query..

It seems that there is abscess formation in tooth leading to swelling inside mouth as well as on cheek..
Bad odour from mouth is also due to Infection..
Headache and earache can be radiating pain from the tooth site..
Dizzy and weak feeling can be due to severe pain while there can be progression of bacteria and infection into the blood causing Bacteremia and septicemia..
So you should immediately consult an Emergency room..
You can take stronger painkillers like Tramadol or Ketorolac with intermittent doses of Ibuprofen and Serratiopeptidases to reduce inflammation and swelling..
Do cool compresses over the cheek..
Once you consult your Dentist do not simply take medication but get the tooth extracted for permanent relief..

Hope this information helps..

Regards..
