How Can severe Pain And Stiffness In The Neck be Treated?

I cut my knee to the bone with a chainsaw when i was about 15 yrs old, didn t go to dr and get stitches as I should have. Now the same knee has developed a growth or knot which continues to cause spider veins and contant aching. I cannot stretch my leg completely and starting to limp becuase of the pain and stiffness. What condition do you suggest I could be facing becuase of this old injury? I havent fallen, or hit the knee that I can remember so thought the past injury is the starter. Thank you.Josh Ray
