How Can severe Shoulder Blade Pain Be Treated?

I just came back from Maui a week and a half ago and I have pain in my left arm in the shoulder blade and I also double over when I stand up on my left in her side of the lake it makes me almost fold over and I have to hold it its a bird toward the vagina area not sure what to do

Hi,

You should visit an orthopedic surgeon and get x-ray shoulder ap and lateral view. It is a shoulder joint problem. Also, get cervical spine x-ray.
