How Can severe Thigh Pain Be Treated?

For 2 years my knee and my right buttock would hurt when I drove my car. I m 60 and for past year have sat alot due to taking night classes. Now I have pain that comes and goes; sometimes dull and sometimes shooting from my thigh to my shin. It s driving me crazy. Affects sleep.

Physical examination by an Orthopedist and MRI will reveal the Cause
