Hi,

Complication of Rotator cuff injuries commonly cause pain & strain of the bicep tendons called bicep tendinitis causing bicep pain/discomfort. Rotator cuff tendonitis can also cause similar symptoms. Get physically examined & evaluated at the earliest.

You may need a shoulder brace. In the meantime you can take NSAIDS (Naproxen/Ibuprofen) for the relieve from pain. Do not strain or take stress rather stay at rest. Keep the inflamed part propped up. Apply cold compress to feel better. Physiotherapy (stretch & strengthening exercises) & cortisone injections are effective.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
