How Can shortness Of Breath And Blurred Vision Be Treated?

Hello, I have been having blurry vision for past few weeks. I am on medication for pre diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol. I am short on breath if I move around much. I ve been getting severe cramps for last four days and am drinking plenty of water. Today I can t move around much without being short on breath. My next doctors appointment is April 14 was earliest I could be seen as we had to change insurance and doctors. My skin has been very dry also. I ve had a stroke at 46 im not over weight and have always been physically active. My blood pressure is 158/102 pulse 92. I m 6 weigh 192. Wondering if I should go to urgent care. I m thinking it s the diabetes? Thank you
