How Can sorenbess In The Neck And Wrist Pain Be Treated?

Hello, I m a 42 year old male. I eat reasonably healthy and exercise a fair bit. 75Kg and 176cm tall, low blood pressure. I have been experiencing aching wrist and ankles the last 2 weeks. I have been to the Dr and prescribed anti-inflammatories for 10 days. since the visit to the Dr s the aches have lessened although I experience sore neck and jitters, mild nausea, some shooting pains up and down my legs. I ve read a lot of different things and am worried it is permanent arthritis although I am hoping it is a virus or something. Is there anything I should look out for or be particularly concerned about? I m wondering if the medication could be causing some of the extra ailments.
