How Can stomach Bloating Along With Diarrhoea Be Treated?

i ve been feeling stomach bloated for 2 days, belchy alot, feels like I need to release gas but generally doesnt happen. Had a big salad at a salad bar the night this started to happen, not my normal meal. had diaherrea yesterday, bowels are fine today. should i take gasx and a probiotic.

I have gone through your query and understood your concerns.Its just a simple gastritis.U can continue Gas x and Probiotic for 3 days safely.Probiotics to establish normal flora in intestine.....Reduce the use of sour and spicy foods...Donot skip meals...You gonna be fine.
