How Can stomach Pain Along With Diarrhoea Be Treated?

my husband and I have had explosive diarrhea for week and a half. very severe stomach pain. no energy. No appitite and fever 102 also freezing chills. ruled out my husband and I have had severe stomach pain-doubling over kind. explosive diarrhea-like black water. no appitite. fever 102 also chills and no appitite. scared to eat due to discomfort it causes. NO energy!!! ruled out food poisioning. we have to work but spend more time in bathroom! I have passed pure blood in stool. Husband has not. No change in diet. we are trying to drink all the water we can hold. this is week 2 of this. Have taken everything OTC we thought would help. no relief so far. to our knowledge we ve not been exposed to anyone with these symptoms.. Please help!! We are way past miserable!! We both are 52... Also have been on clear liquid diet for a week and a half. We take no maintenance drugs. Your opinion will be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!
