How Can swelling And Pain In The Eyes Be Treated?

Went for a swim in the ocean. I felt sand was in my eye... could find none. My eye started watering and became painful, sensitive to wind. I washed it out. Now, 6 hours later I feel intense pain, continuous watering, my nose is running, and the lid is swelling.

get examined by eye doctor and wash the eye with fresh cold water. apply refresheye tear drop. may be you have developed sensitivity to saline water you have also developed cold which is a viral infection and self limiting can take tab levocetrizine 5 mg daily morning and can apply otrivine nasal drop. take record of temperature and if there is fever then can take tab crocin to control it.
