How Can swollen Ankle Along With Hip Pain Be Treated?
My left ankle has been swollen this week. I believe I have eczema, which is only showing on my left foot. I have started to experience joint pain in my hip area on both sides of my body off and on. I use to be very active as far as exercising, mostly intense aerobics and more recently, jogging occasionally. Due to cold weather, I have not exercised at all for a few months. I am 46 and live a very stressful life and I have a very active lifestyle with two teenagers involved in sports and one 3-year old. Please help. Thank you.

Most probably it will be a sprain or contusion.
As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
You can also apply ice packs for faster recovery.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI scan.
