How Can upper Chest Pain Along With Shoulder Pain Be Treated?

Hi, I have been expierencing pain in upper left chest which spreads to l under arma nd upper l shoulder blade for last 3 days. It subsides at night. I have recently been to hospital in last few months feeling the same sort of thing, and was tested but said heart was fine. I have had anxity previously but never seems to last this long.

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, it seems to be muscular but still, it's good that the possibility of heart-related issues was ruled out first.

Meanwhile, OTC analgesics like Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen along with muscles relaxants like tizanidine may be used.
