How Can ADHD Be Treated?

Hi my grandson was diagnose with what may be ADHD today. It was recommended for him to take Omega 3 500-1000 mg. I m looking for a natural sugar free, chemical free preferably in a liquid form. Any rocommendation would be greatly appreciated. Thank You
