How Can ADHD In Adults Be Managed?

My name is eric sanchez, and as a child I ve had a very hard time understanding and focusing. Teachers had told my mother that I had adhd, but that being said my mother had said no to her and to me saying that all I needed to do was pray to God, that Jesus would take that from me. I m 26 yearso of ago, and still have this problem.
