How Can Alzheimer S Disease And Dementia Be Diagnosed?

I am 63 yr old female. My father had alzheimers and dementia and died at 83 not knowing anyone and living in and out of the past. I have experienced sudden outbursts of anger that last a several minutes and have substituted words that don t fit in a sentence. I am an educated woman and my fear is that I am developing the same signs my dad started showing in his 60 s. How do I know and what should I do?
