General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You keep your head up above the heart level. You can take nebulizer for breathlessness. Take ciprofloxacin twice a day for five days. Take plenty of liquid. Take paracetamol if you have pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
