How Can COPD Be Treated?

My husband has end stage copd. He s home under hospice care I want to take him off of hospice because he wants to take his Deliresp. Symbicort, Spiriva and pro air. Hospice won t supply this. But he is also on morphine. Oral and tablets Will the lung Dr be able to subscribe the morphine because he has been on it a year now. I don t know what to do Can you please help me
