How Can Forestier's Disease With Rib Fusions Be Treated?

i suffer from forestiers disease , and my ribs are just startingto show fusion, how many ribs can i have surgically removed and still live with out a respirator. or can surgery be done on the ribs at all . i am 43yrs old, 5,8 170pounds, and have been pritty healthy until 7 years ago when i developed symptoms of the disease
