How Can GERD In An Infant Be Treated?

My co worker baby is almost 3 months old, with symptoms (gerd??), is not able to keep down formula and is not gaining weight. Baby has been seen multiple times in ER and hospitalized approx 3 weeks ago to no final conclusive diagnosis. Seen by Gastro Peds on 7/24/17, which has been given 2 more meds. The baby has been on multiple meds along with antibiotic (Erythromycisn) and all failed. Meds: Lansoprazole, Reglan and now Ranitidine. Please help!
