H.pylori infection treatment is to administer triple therapies for 10-14 days. The treatment regimens include 3 drugs available in the form of a kit containing omeprazole, amoxicillin and clarithromycin (OAC) for 10 days or lansoprazole, amoxicillin and clarithromycin (LAC) for 10 days or 14 days. You may continue to use probiotics. Ulcer would heal only when the organisms are eradicated. Kindly take soft easily digestible carbohydrate rich diet and avoid fatty and protein rich diet. You need to be supplemented with multi-vitamins and multi-mineral capsules regularly for your liver condition. You need to stop smoking and alcohol intake completely, in case you are habituated or addicted to it. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
