How Can Hydronephrotic Kidney During Second Trimester Affect Fetal Health?
hello dr. i am 24 week pregent . my US reports show that i am suffering from maternal hydronephrotic kidney grade 3 . fetus show breech , placenta is post.gr. 1 . spine NAD , Head in epigastrome . is any thing serious . my baby is well being or not , is any abnormality seen in my baby . this is my 2nd child .

maternal hydronephrosis is not likely to affect the fetus in growth and development. But in case the renal functions are compromised then it can cause an elevated urea levels.
