How Can I Address The Continuous Numbness In My Left Foot, Which Has Lasted 3-4 Days, Considering My History Of Gout?

My left leg foot have a continuously numbness from 3-4 days. My sugar level after meal (after 2 hour ) is 135. My age is 50.. not now but I had Gout. Normally I have Higher side uric acid. I am completely Vegetarian. My weight is 86kg and hight is 5ft 6 inch. Today I brought neurobion forte. And take first pill ( 10.30pm). How to stop continuously numbness of my left leg foot ? Please help me.
