How Can I Alleviate Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, And Burning Sensation?

I have diarrhea since yesterday morning. Been depricating watery 7x. Today I been to the toilet 3x starting 12 midnight. Up to now my stomach still aches on the left portion. I have taken Kremil S after dinner and Diatabs/Loperamide before sleeping. (I was able to sleep arounf 3am or 4am) But now that I am awake (7am) I feel like there is a cool or burning sensation on my stomach and i still aches. Also before I slept I had a fever 38 to 38.2 degrees celsius. Now down to 37. Please let me know what to do or what medicine to take to ease my pain. Thank you
